I asked them to bench test both the alternator and the battery and they did as I asked. The battery had a dead cell.

I have trusted my vehicle to this business for the past three years and am pleased with it. The mechanics are helpful, clearly explaining what needs to be done and in what time frame; no hard sell or nickel-and-diming. The shop is clean and well-maintained; a sign that it is a well-ordered business. The staff is courteous and friendly. Pricing is on the higher end, but still competitive.
