The work was done as requested. I'm happy I was not charged for a failed attempt to fix one issue. Prices seemed fair. Quickly resolved issue with my Amazon voucher; I felt a bit concerned at first. Please get wi-fi in your waiting room! (smile). In summary, my experience was positive. I will add, however, that a month or so ago I was shopping around for a brake replacement job for my Audi. I got 16 estimates (no joke!). FAR came in 10th so I did not use them.

overall, a positive experience; i would say the overall customer service was better the first time i visited the shop a few months ago; however, it was definitely not bad; i asked for a specific problem to be investigated and was never updated about that problem (i forgot about it too when leaving); will recommend and will return in the future

I stopped in because my car was making noise and I wanted to know if "it was safe to drive or needed to be fixed right away". Not only did they quickly assess and diagnose the problem to make sure it was safe to drive, they fixed it and did an oil change and were so very helpful.
